Built by a lifter. Run by one too.

Every piece of equipment was chosen with purpose. Rogue racks and barbells. REP urethane dumbbells from 5 to 100 lbs. Machines that cover the essentials. Nothing was bought to fill a corner. Membership is intentionally limited so you always have the equipment you need in a space that actually feels like yours. I train here four days a week. This gym exists because I needed it and I built it to last.

I'm Cade Hookstead. I built The Vault because I wanted a private space to train seriously and I couldn't find one in Janesville.

I've been training since 2017. I work full time in IT. I compete in motorcycle racing. Training isn't a side hobby. It's how I stay sharp, stay capable, and show up better at everything else I do.

The Vault is a private gym you can call your own when you're here. No staff. No crowds. No one selling you a smoothie on the way out. Just you and the iron.

What Makes The Vault Different

Who It's For (and Who It's Not)

The Vault is for people who train with purpose. Your goal doesn't matter. Strength, size, performance, longevity. What matters is that you show up, do the work, and respect the space and the people in it. This isn't a drop-in facility. It isn't built for large group classes or casual traffic. Membership is limited because the experience depends on it. If that sounds like your kind of place, it probably is.

Ready to train here?

Membership is $50 per month. No contracts. Spots are limited.
